Nwanze Departs From Dulwich
12.09.08
It was revealed on the 9th September that midfielder Dan Nwanze has been released by the club.Nwanze, 27, who was in his second spell at the club, after previously having a stint with the Hamlet back in 2006, was released after the dismal performance against Folkestone. His return to a Pink 'n' Blue jersey came after his departure from Kingstonian and he made his comeback in the 1-0 defeat to Walton Casuals, playing, perhaps slightly unexpectedly as a striker. However, Nwanze's stay was a short one as he became the latest player to be axed by Craig Edwards, following Liam Wright and Carlton Murray-Price out the exit door. The midfidler left the Hamlet with 5 appearences this season, taking his career total for Dulwich to 16 games and 1 goal. The club would like to thank Dan for his stint at the club and wish him luck for the future.
